I love the product shown on your website. Will the colors and style match exactly to the product shown on your website?

Since your flower wall or wall design is custom and handmade to order, there may be some slight differences reflected in the final design. If you have any questions on the color(s) on a specific design, please contact us at customercare@lilyandspruce.com. We will respond within 24-48 business hours. If you do not receive a reply within that timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder in case the response ended up there.

Can I make a special request for my wall décor?

At Lily and Spruce Company, we want you to love your customized, handmade wall décor!  If you have a special request, we are happy to discuss your vision and customizable options. Please contact us at customercare@lilyandspruce.com. We will respond within 24-48 business hours. If you do not receive a reply within that timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder in case the response ended up there.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstance?

Due to the custom nature of our wall designs, the only time a refund is offered is if your item breaks during shipment and it is beyond repair. If your item breaks during shipment and arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you send photos of the damaged item, and the box it was shipped in, within 48 hours of receiving the item to customercare@lilyandspruce.com and we will respond promptly. We will respond within 24-48 business hours. If you do not receive a reply within that timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder in case the response ended up there.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or special requests to modify my wall décor after delivery?

Your wall décor is a handmade custom piece and due to its custom nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges or modifications to your order after it has been shipped and/or delivered. If you have a special request, please contact customercare@lilyandspruce.com prior to submitting your order. We will respond within 24-48 business hours. If you do not receive a reply within that timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder in case the response ended up there.

I need it sooner! Does Lily and Spruce Company offer rush or expedited shipping?

All orders will be processed in our standard 10-15 business days and shipped via UPS Ground 1-5 days or USPS Priority Mail for U.S. based customers. You can select UPS 3 Day Select shipping at checkout if you need your wall décor to arrive sooner or contact us at customercare@lilyandspruce.com for additional options. We will respond within 24-48 business hours. If you do not receive a reply within that timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder in case the response ended up there.

Do you ship your wall décor internationally?

At this time, we only ship to customers in the United States (including to APO/FPO and DPO addresses). 

Can I see a proof, or a photo, of my customized wall décor prior to shipping?

While we do not have the ability to show a full mockup of the flower wall in final stage, we strive to do everything we can to ensure you will be happy with your order and feel confident that the finished product will come together just as beautifully as you envisioned. As such, to assist in your decision on which font selection to choose for your flower wall, we will gladly send a mock-up of the name printed in our font options in advance of your purchase, upon request.
